Our Training Rooms are true, purpose-built training and presentation facilities and not repurposed banquet rooms. They have been meticulously designed with custom ergonomic furniture including HM Aeron seating, height adjustable tables, ample power outlets and built in AV equipment. All inclusive pricing for each room booking avoids hidden charges and fees.

Four room configurations are available: Classroom (with tables) where a presenter is in front and the focus of attention; Seminar (just seating) where maximum capacity is needed; U-Shape (facing table) where there is discussion between the participants with a front moderator; and Team pods with round tables of 6 persons each. Please note some configurations may require a special set-up fee.
catering packages
Quality catering is a specialty at our center with a variety of menus and price points. The room has a full serving station with an adjacent prep pantry. Food is delivered fresh daily and served buffet style by our staff with china and glass serving pieces. A variety of menus are available and we source from the best of local suppliers. Ask us for details.
PRICES
The Symphony Training Rooms are available for rental with an all-inclusive, half day (morning or afternoon) and full day pricing structure. Also, discounts are available for meetings on certain days of the week.
